These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and conditions governing your access to and use of the services offered by Yeonhwa Health, operating as Yeonhwa Health ("Yeonhwa Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years of age, reside in the United States, and provide accurate, complete, and current information to use our services.
Yeonhwa Health facilitates connections between patients, licensed healthcare providers, and licensed U.S. pharmacies for telehealth consultations and prescription fulfillment. Services are provided asynchronously. Yeonhwa Health does not practice medicine.
Prescriptions may include compounded medications that are not FDA-approved.
Users agree to provide accurate medical information, follow provider instructions, maintain account confidentiality, and report unauthorized use.
Pricing is disclosed after intake. Subscriptions may renew automatically. Renewals may process 5–7 days early. Compounded medications are final sale once shipped. Refunds are limited.
Pricing and availability may change. Providers may adjust formulations when appropriate.
Medications ship via licensed U.S. pharmacies using UPS 2-Day Air. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday only. Once delivery is confirmed, Yeonhwa Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders may be canceled prior to pharmacy processing. Once shipped, orders are final.
Users may not misuse the platform. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
Information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable laws. Contact support@yeonhwahealth.com.
By opting in, users consent to receive text messages related to services and promotions. Users may opt out by replying STOP.
Yeonhwa Health is not responsible for medical decisions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Users agree to indemnify Yeonhwa Health from claims arising from misuse of services.
Governing law is California. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County. Jury trials and class actions are waived.
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
